We place a very high value on your privacy, so your orders will always be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Our packaging is inconspicuous with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging; no Cookies CBD logo, no product indications. The return label on your package will indicate “Shipping Department”, along with our address.

Cookies CBD warehouses operate Monday through Friday. Our Shipping Policy features rapid order processing with same-day shipping for all orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:30 pm EST.

We ship with UPS, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Our warehouses are located in South Florida, New York, and Central California. Our sophisticated order management system will ship your package from the closest location with available inventory. Please contact us for details regarding availability.

Yes, standard shipping is free to the U.S. on all products and orders over $300.

While an adult signature is required for orders $200 and greater, an “Indirect Signature” option is available for most locations. The Indirect Signature service will not require you to be home when the courier attempts to deliver your package. Please contact us (in**@co********.shop) for further details.

We will ship parts, accessories, and smaller items to Post Office Boxes. However, if you are purchasing a vaporizer, please give a physical address.

Of course, we do but are slower. Though handled with much more efficiency on orders over $500.

Our Cookies CBD products are tested to ensure they contain less than 0.3% THC.

Cookies CBD is modeled after the terpene profiles of some of our favorite strains.  We deconstructed the terpene profiles of Cereal Milk, Gelatti, and London Pound Cake 75 and then reconstructed them based on their specific terpene ratios.

Gel capsules:

Each capsule includes approximately 10mg of hemp-derived CBD.

New CBD users: Take 1 capsule with water.

Experienced CBD users: Take 1 – 3 capsules with water.

Onset time: Approximately 1 hour.

Tinctures:

Each drop contains approximately 1mg of hemp-derived CBD. Pipettes contain volume markers to assist with dosing.

New users: Start with 10mg or roughly a quarter of a dropper under your tongue.

Experienced users: Start with 20mg – 50mg or roughly a half to a full dropper under your tongue.

Onset time: Approximately 45 minutes.

Much like the consumption of poppy seeds may lead to a positive drug test for opioids, the consumption of certain hemp products may lead to a positive drug test for THC. THC is inherently present in trace amounts in hemp plants although our products contain no more than 0.3%. Although the risk is low, individual biochemistry, the possibility of conversion of cannabinoids and the possibility of trace, but legal, amounts of THC inherent in hemp products, we strongly suggest consulting your health care provider before consuming any hemp products if you are subject to drug testing.

The hemp used in our products is grown in Oregon.

When properly stored, Cookies CBD products have an 18 month shelf life.
